EE&T - Meeting Room Booking Schedules

Welcome to the EE&T Meeting Room Booking Schedules. This system is used for booking and scheduling all meeting rooms within the school for internal and external use.

Note: Currently, only School Office Staff are able to do online booking/scheduling of rooms. Others may book the meeting rooms via email through a booking staff.

Conference, meeting and seminar facilities on Level 3 of Elec Eng Building

These rooms are essentially part of the Telecommunications research group but may be booked by all staff in the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications.

Preferential booking will be given to staff in the Telecommunications research group.

Those booking the rooms are responsible for arranging furniture before and after the event and for tidying up after using the rooms.
